Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services seeks licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem, in-home visits on Oahu. Flexible scheduling and per diem pay offer real autonomy.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home PT, performing evaluations and reassessments, fall-risk screenings, and coordinating progress with the care team. Hawaii license required; 1 year of clinical experience preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii license as PT or PTA is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy visits across Oahu.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and fall-risk screenings.
• Track progress and keep the care team informed.
