Always Best Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy on O’ahu, HI. You will perform evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments, and coordinate progress with the care team.

Per diem role with flexible scheduling and the potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year, depending on visits. Hawaii license required; 1+ year home health experience preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
