Sears in Norcross, GA is hiring Project Sales Consultants for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; reps typically earn between $45K-$80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually, with pre-confirmed appointments and support from a National Sales center.

Responsibilities include local market travel with a personal vehicle, driving to appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. No door-to-door sales; training provided.

Formación

• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel within local market area.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior sales experience? Sears will train the right candidate.

Responsabilidades

• Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Lift product sample cases up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Demonstrate computer proficiency for orders and follow-ups.
• Work five days per week, including Saturdays; flexible hours.
• Negotiate and communicate contracts clearly with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Maintain passion and drive to achieve sales goals.
