Job summary

Gompers seeks an In-Home Supervisor in Phoenix to lead the In-Home (HCBS) department, overseeing daily operations, planning, evaluating and improving services and personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to communicate in English and Spanish, supervise staff, ensure state regulations, onboarding, payroll support, and maintain documentation; requires an associates degree and 3 years of supervisory experience. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, Article 9 and Prevention and Support Training; training provided if not held.
• Arizona Driver License and a clear 39-month Arizona MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervisory management of the In-Home program operations.
• Monitor safety, development and orientation of staff and members.
• Attend member PCPS meetings and ensure goals are carried out.
• Maintain documentation and ensure state rules are followed.
• Maintain staff and member files and records; onboarding of new hires.
