Under limited supervision, you will coordinate Group Home Workers, monitor policies, records, and reporting, and collaborate with agencies to maintain program standards. The role requires an Associate's Degree and four years of related experience, plus CPR/AED and First Aid within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or closely related field with four years of relevant group home experience, including supervisory exposure.
• One year of supervisory experience is required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Group Home Workers.
• Ensure policies including mandatory reporting are communicated to the appropriate agencies within established timelines.
• Establish daily and weekly standards of work performance and methods of operation for Group Home Workers; ensure safety and charting compliance.
• Coach, counsel, train and discipline staff as needed; delegate, monitor and appraise tasks and results.
• Maintain and record proper medical, dental and psychological treatments of residents in charts.
