Responsibilities
- Onboard new DMH clients and train new Personal Assistants (2 hours each)
- Evaluate, coach, and celebrate our caregivers alongside the Program Manager
- Conduct monthly quality checks and help resolve client concerns
- Provide hands‑on DMH shift coverage when needed
- Support the office and keep care plans and policies on track
