Job summary

Abrio Living is seeking a Group Home Program Manager in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role oversees staff and daily activities to meet individual service goals within a residential setting.

Responsibilities include mentoring residents in life skills, ensuring safety, and supporting dietary needs. CPR/First Aid and Article 9 are required, with fingerprint clearance and background checks. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavior management is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Current Article 9 certification.
• Experience with prevention and support protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervises group home staff and coordinates daily activities to meet service objectives.
• Mentors residents in basic life skills like housekeeping, laundry, meals, and shopping.
• Maintains a safe environment by communicating procedures with residents, coordinators, visitors and staff.
• Assists with prescribed diets and personal care tasks.
• Supervises medication administration per physician prescriptions.
• Evaluates resident needs with families, case managers, and support teams.
• Provides backup to Program Director and supports scheduling; some weekends.
• Hours typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; schedule varies by need.
