Hallway Healthcare is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver one-to-one in-home care in Ramona, CA. You will provide direct patient care, follow physician orders, and document visits daily while coordinating with an RN Case Manager and Nursing Director.

Responsibilities include observing patient progress, educating families, and transporting patients to appointments as needed. A valid nursing license and current BLS are required, with benefits and 401(k) options available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care for patients in Ramona and surrounding areas.
• Perform nursing procedures according to agency policy and procedures.
• Document skilled visits and update patient records daily.
• Work under the direction of an RN Case Manager and Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate and monitor patient care, transport to appointments, and communicate with physicians.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and infection control policies.
