Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current BLS Certificate.
• Active RN license.

• Coordinate and monitor patient care and services.
• Educate patients and family members about disease process, medications, and home care procedures.
• Report to physician and RN Case Manager of adverse findings.
