Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certificate.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff.
• Perform nursing procedures according to agency policy and procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and educate patients and family according to disease process and home care plan.
• Coordinate and monitor patient care and services.
• Document clinical notes daily and keep patient records up to date.
