Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Preventive Care Medical Assistant to perform in-home preventive visits across the Raleigh, NC area. You will travel to patients’ homes, deliver patient-centered visits and use EMR systems to document care accurately.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and a Basic Life Support certification. BLS and EMR fluency will support high-quality preventive care and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license, auto insurance and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to leverage technology and EMR systems for documentation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• RMA or CCMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service area.
• Deliver patient-centered, low-acuity in-home visits for preventive care services.
• Perform sample collection (venipuncture) and ensure proper labeling of specimens.
