Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to document care using EMR systems.
• BLS certification required; RMA/CCMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes in assigned service area.
• Deliver patient-centered, low acuity in-home visits for preventive care.
• Collect samples via venipuncture and label/deliver specimens.
• Perform diagnostic checks such as blood pressure.
• Document care to ensure continuity of care using EMR.
• Maintain infection control standards to keep a clean, safe environment.
