Job summary

BrightStar Care in Lowell, MA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for part-time/per diem home-based care. You will evaluate clients in their homes, design personalized plans, and provide interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety, working with a multidisciplinary team.

The role includes flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and access to a mobile EMR. New grads welcome; a valid MA license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program
• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & license

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
