Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based PT services in Massachusetts on a part-time/per diem basis. The role includes in-home evaluations, personalized care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, using a mobile EMR for documentation. New grads are welcome and a flexible schedule is offered.

Requirements include an active MA PT license, DPT or MPT, and CPR certification; mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license is required.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile EMR.
