Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home outpatient rehabilitation to older adults in Burlington, NJ. The role offers a posted salary range of USD 80,000.00 to 110,000.00 per year, plus a USD 5,000 bonus, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent) required.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in-home for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat patients in homes or ILF rooms.
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy programs.
• Supervise PTAs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as applicable.
• Document clinical and billing activities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to promote independence and safety.

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
