Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver outstanding home health therapy across patient homes. The role involves evaluating patients, designing individualized plans, and coordinating with physicians and caregivers to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and equipment.

Responsibilities
