Job summary

Luna, a leading in-home, tech-enabled physical therapy platform, is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients' homes. You will set your own availability and be matched with nearby patients within a short drive, with an average 12 minutes and a max 30-minute drive.

You will document care quickly in the Luna app, treat one patient per visit, and earn per-visit pay with potential to increase visits.

Qualifications

Active PA physical therapist license
Reliable personal transportation
Liability insurance
Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care
Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average
Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
Flexible scheduling - you choose when and how often you treat
Per-visit pay with the ability to increase earnings by adding visits
