Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services in West Bridgewater, MA. This part-time / per diem role focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and safety in clients' homes.

You will complete evaluations, develop personalized care plans, educate families, document using a mobile EMR, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. MA license, DPT/MPT, CPR, and driving required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license required
• DPT or MPT from accredited program required
• CPR certification required
• 1+ year experience preferred; new grads welcome

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using a mobile-friendly EMR
