Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 14-week on-site assignment in Greenfield, MA. The PTA will provide outpatient rehabilitation in home and facility settings under a licensed PT, with a 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule and a 7-hour day, five days per week.

Qualifications

• Valid MA PTA license or license eligibility
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation or home health settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home or facility setting under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Document patient progress and schedule adherence; complete clinical and billing documentation
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Assist PT with tests, evaluations, and complex procedures as needed
