Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Services Inspector to perform comprehensive 360-degree inspections and advise customers on the best pest protection solutions. You will build trusted relationships, explain practical options, and close opportunities in customers’ homes.

Role emphasizes strong customer interaction, schedule management, and using provided tools. Training is offered with no prior industry experience required, and a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required – we’ll train you.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and address customer questions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and make recommendations based on identified issues.
