Avid Health at Home is hiring a Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide essential in-home care to clients. You will perform personal care tasks, ADL/IADL support, and assist with daily living activities per the client care plan.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, this non-exempt role requires PCA certification and NC nursing certification, with CPR preferred. Travel requirements vary by branch and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Licensure/certification with NC Board of Nursing is required.
• Current PCA certification is required.
• CPR is preferred and may be required for some clients.
• Comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Transportation, language and cultural requirements per branch.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions with maturity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day ADL and IADL support as ordered by care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Assist with toileting, transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Support client's health plan and accompany to appointments when required.
• Maintain safe environment and accurately document shift details.
