Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver in‑home therapy for children with communication and feeding needs in Abilene, TX and surrounding areas. Salary ranges from $52,000 to $156,000 annually, with flexible full‑time or part‑time options.

The role includes evaluations, treatment planning, family education, and collaboration with medical teams to support optimal child outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based speech‑language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
