Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in TX is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role offers full- and part-time schedules, a strong salary range, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
