Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and CFs to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Texas.

This role offers meaningful patient-centered care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow clinically within a supportive, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• ASHA certification is required.
• Texas SLP/CF license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home settings for children.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Assist CFs under supervision with evaluation and treatment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
