Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Sherman, Howe, Van Alstyne, and surrounding areas in Texas. Expect an annual salary range of $52,000–$156,000 with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

The role supports children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs and offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
