Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health provides in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs across Texas. This role offers flexible scheduling, supportive mentorship, and opportunities to impact families and communities directly.

SLPs evaluate, treat, and monitor progress using individualized plans, collaborate with medical teams, document in EMR, and ensure compliance with standards. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
