Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), and Clinical Fellows to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

We offer full- and part-time options, flexible scheduling, and a clinician-led culture with ongoing mentorship and CEU support across Tomball/Klein, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active license as SLP or SLPA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellow
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or pursuing it for SLP/Clinical Fellow
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy in the home and community
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans under supervision
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social development
• Educate families and caregivers to empower home programs
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Document care in EMR and maintain compliance
