Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Texas. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, family education, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas SLP license, ASHA CCC-SLP, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of experience. Flexible scheduling and access to comprehensive benefits support clinicians in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or actively pursuing certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home/community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
