Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home speech‑language therapy with evidence‑based practices.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families/caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with clinical/regulatory standards.
