Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy services across Texas. You will work with a supervising therapist to deliver hands-on interventions that improve mobility, strength, and independence.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, a $3,500 sign-on bonus, and ongoing mentorship with professional development support as you serve medically fragile children in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas and current CPR certification.
• 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience preferred.
• In-home pediatric care delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Physical Therapy interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist.
• Implement established Physical Therapy treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Support children in improving mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate families on home exercise programs and carryover.
• Document all Physical Therapy services in the EMR and maintain compliance with standards.
