Job summary

Hudson Milestones is seeking an Early Intervention Practitioner to provide in-home services for children aged birth to 3. This part-time, per diem role covers day, evening, and possibly weekend hours within the Hudson County area.

Responsibilities include evaluating pediatric patients, developing therapy plans, explaining results to families, and maintaining session documentation. Travel within Hudson County is required, with benefits like leave options and a 401K match.

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited program in specialization field.
Travel within Hudson County required.
Must be capable of providing direct assistance.
Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
Flexible hours.
Submit credentials and insurances.
Licenses must be by the State of New Jersey Board of Examiners.
Valid New Jersey Driver’s license.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
21 years of age or older.
Experience with birth to 3 population preferred.
Reliable transportation.
Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of language, communication, and social-emotional disorders preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients and design therapy plans for individualized treatment.
Explain results and therapy plan to parents and caregivers; work with families to reinforce benefits.
Conduct therapy sessions and evaluate progress with children and caregivers.
Maintain documentation for each therapy session in database.
Write evaluation assessment reports.
