Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT).
• NBCOT Certification required or active.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions in-home.
• Educate and support families to encourage carryover at home.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and caregivers as part of a multidisciplinary team.
