Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics in the United States is seeking an In-Home Pediatric ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will supervise clinical care, conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and train Behavior Technicians while ensuring documentation accuracy and payer compliance.

The role supports in-home and telehealth delivery with flexible part-time schedules, quarterly bonuses, and CEU opportunities to encourage professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification or mid-level requirements.
• 1+ year working with children with ASD.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Train Behavior Technicians and supervise documentation.
• Ensure licensure and payer documentation compliance.
• Deliver parent training for at least 1 hour monthly.
• Develop child-specific Behavior Treatment plans.
• Ensure up-to-date licensure for staff and compliance.
• Review Behavior Technician documentation for accuracy.
• Provide clinical feedback and coaching.
• Ensure hours as prescribed are met.
• Position may be in-home or telehealth.
