Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated Parent Aide/Educator to support children, youth and families through in-home services across NH, reporting to the Clinical Supervisor. You will liaise with the treatment team, coordinate with DCYF, and facilitate family education and supervised visits in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include assessment writing, treatment plan development with measurable goals, and regular documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma with 4+ years working with children, youth and families in home/community settings, or an Associate degree with 2+ years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to high-speed internet is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned caseload and implement in-home services per DCYF referrals.
• Collaborate with DCYF to respond to referrals, create treatment plans, and document regularly.
• Develop treatment plans with families and measure goals with clinical input.
• Document all clinical contacts and reports per requirements.
• Appear in court as needed and provide written progress reports.
• Provide parent education, coaching, and supervision of visits in home settings.
• Interface with DCYF, NH court system, schools and other providers.
