Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks an ISO Home Based Clinician to provide in-home therapy in New Hampshire. You will work under the clinical supervisor, delivering evidence-based treatment and maintaining thorough clinical documentation across cases.

Responsibilities include collaboration with DCYF, treatment planning, and court-reporting, with on-call support and flexible afternoon/evening hours to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with NH state guidelines.
• Minimum clinical experience: 2 years (Master’s) or 5 years (Bachelor’s) in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned caseload and implement in-home services per DCYF referrals.
• Collaborate with DCYF, participate in treatment meetings, and provide clinical documentation.
• Develop measurable treatment plans with families and DCYF.
• Complete documentation per service delivery requirements.
• Report progress to the court system in person and in writing.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to children, adults, and families at home and in community settings.
• Offer parent education and supervised visitation as needed.
• Serve as clinical lead when multiple providers are on a case.
• Interface with DCYF, NH court, schools, and other treatment team members.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain flexible afternoon/evening availability.
• Assess client risk continuously and consult with supervisor on safety concerns.
• Transport clients, including child safety seats as required.
• Document all clinical contacts in the Electronic Health System.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Clinical experience with children and
