Northeast Family Services is seeking a Parent Aide/Educator to join our team in New Hampshire. The role reports to the Clinical Supervisor and acts as a liaison for the treatment team, families, and service providers.

Positions are available NOW throughout New Hampshire and involve in-home service delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating on treatment plans, attending treatment meetings, ensuring documentation compliance, and providing parent education and supervised visitation in home

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years minimum experience in home/community settings.
• Associates degree with 2 years minimum experience in home/community settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain assigned caseload and ensure in-home services as referrals by DCYF.
• Collaborate with DCYF to respond to referrals, create treatment plans, participate in meetings, and document services.
• Develop and collaborate on treatment plans with measurable goals with families and DCYF.
• Document all clinical contacts and reports in the Electronic Health System.
• Provide parent education and supervised visitation to children and families.
