Job summary

Empire Today, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes in the Houston area, helping them choose flooring products that fit their needs. The role emphasizes uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and the strength of a well-known brand.

You will generate leads, attend trainings, and work with pre-qualified customers, with options for evening and weekend appointments.

Qualifications

• Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
• Direct Seller Contract.
• Delivery of excellent customer service.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations.
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs.
• Explain products and help customers choose the best flooring options.
• Generate self-sourced sales leads and close deals.
• Utilize tablets and measuring devices to present proposals.
• Represent Empire Today professionally.
