Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to travel locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes.
• Own vehicle with room for flooring sample boards.
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations.
• Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to determine flooring needs.
• Present solutions and provide in-home estimates.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Prospect additional customers through referrals and pre-qualified leads.
