Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in‑home and senior living care in Dover, DE. You’ll evaluate patients, design individualized care plans, and deliver evidence‑based therapy to improve mobility and independence while promoting aging in place.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and may incorporate telehealth to extend access. Enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance professionally within a clinician‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain a degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and telehealth tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one Occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting mobility, independence, and functional goals.
• Document accurately within the EMR following regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
