Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• OS license as required in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OT services in home and facility settings for older adults.
• Evaluate and treat to restore, reinforce, and enhance daily functioning.
• Document and bill timely; participate in meetings and care conferences.
• Supervise OT assistants and students as allowed by state licensure.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens.
