Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults in Concord, NH and surrounding areas. The role involves evaluating needs, designing individualized therapy plans, and promoting independence in daily activities.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a $5,000 bonus and a posted salary range of USD 80,000–110,000 per year, with visa sponsorship and relocation support mentioned.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in a related field with Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s with 5 years PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient rehabilitation services to older adults.
• Evaluate, design, and progress physical therapy plans of care.
• Instruct and educate patients and caregivers; coordinate with rehabilitation team.
• Supervise PT Assistants and other staff as required by licensure.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of experience
