Job summary

PARS Therapy in Austin, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will work with patients in their homes to restore independence, improve mobility, and support long‑term wellness through personalized, evidence‑based interventions.

Responsibilities include evaluating conditions, creating treatment plans, educating patients and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and monitoring progress to adjust care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patient conditions and creating individualized treatment plans
• Implementing therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills
• Educating patients and families on recovery techniques
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
