Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in Aberdeen, MD to provide in‑home and senior living care under the supervision of an OT. You’ll implement individualized plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in the Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising OT, adjusting activities based on patient progress.
• Instruct and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities; track progress.
• Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system per clinical standards.
• Coordinate with POAs and community referrals; assist with coverage as needed.
