Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Burke, VA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home, one-on-one care under a supervising OT. This role focuses on delivering individualized plans, guiding patients through exercises, and rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence in patients' homes.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, receive mentorship, and have a clear path to grow your clinical skills, caseload, and career within FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans created by the supervising OT.
• Instruct and monitor therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
