FOX Rehabilitation in Salisbury, MD is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences or senior living communities through our Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll help patients improve mobility, independence, and quality of life while managing your own treatment schedule and building lasting patient relationships.

Clinicians may incorporate telehealth, participate in an interdisciplinary team, and access comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Valid OT license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
