Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs in facility settings and help patients regain independence. You will report to the Director of Rehab and deliver planned OT interventions with compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate OTA program accreditation required (AOTA/ACOTE).
• Initial NBCOT certification required or eligible for licensure as per state.
• Licensure in the practicing state or eligibility to licensure is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient independence.
• Provide patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA/ACOTE standards)
