Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and meetings as a representative of occupational therapy.
• Adheres to treatment schedules and completes documentation for billing and clinical notes.
• Works with rehab team to develop patient programs and activities.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in therapy techniques under supervision of OT.
• Maintains timely documentation for all patients treated.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and reports repairs as needed.
• Implements individualized treatment plans and applies therapeutic techniques.
• Performs other related duties as required.
