Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification.
• Currently licensed in the state of practice, with applicable licensure.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based occupational therapy under the supervision of an OT.
• Instruct patients and families on home programs and therapy techniques.
• Document medical records and update care plans after visits.
• Collaborate with OT and home health staff to develop patient care plans.
• Attend scheduled care conferences and participate in QA/QI activities.
