Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home and senior living OT services in Dover, DE. You will help older adults improve mobility, independence, and quality of life within the Geriatric House Calls™ model.

Join a clinician-operated practice offering autonomy, flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and a supportive interdisciplinary team focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible OT license in the state(s) of practice (DE).
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support mobility, independence and functional goals.
• Document effectively in the EMR in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
