FOX Rehabilitation in Walton, KY is hiring licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide in-home, one-on-one care with our Geriatric House Calls model. You will work closely with a supervising OT to deliver personalized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises, helping them regain strength and independence.

You’ll document visits in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and grow your clinical career in a supportive, mentor‑led environment.

Formación

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate with POAs and referral sources as needed.

Conocimientos

CPR certification

Basic computer skills

Educación

Licensed OTA in state of practice
